33vd Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Our Platform

1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between 33vd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses any service available at 33vd.io. By completing the registration process, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any feature of the platform, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

33vd is an online betting and casino platform designed specifically for adult players in Bangladesh. Our services include but are not limited to sports betting (with a particular focus on cricket), live casino games, slot games, and baccarat. All services are provided for entertainment purposes to eligible adults only.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of your overall agreement with 33vd. In the event of any conflict between these documents, the relevant specific policy takes precedence over the general Terms on that specific matter.

2 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 33vd website accessible at 33vd.io, including all sub-pages, services, features, and content hosted thereon.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Player" / "User" means any individual who has created a registered Account on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonus amounts, reload bonuses, cashback amounts, or free-bet credits credited to an Account by 33vd as part of a promotional offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it and any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by 33vd before processing withdrawals or at any point deemed necessary by the Platform.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any action listed under Section 8 of these Terms that is expressly forbidden on the Platform.
• "BDT" / "৳" means Bangladeshi Taka, the currency in which all Account balances, bonuses, and transactions are denominated on the Platform.

3 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and use 33vd, you must meet all of the following criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active Account:

• You are aged 21 years or above. 33vd does not permit players under the age of 21 to create an account or use any of its services under any circumstances.
• You are a resident of Bangladesh and are accessing the Platform from within Bangladesh.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, representative, or nominee for any third party.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 33vd or had an Account closed for breach of these Terms.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or contractor of 33vd or any of its affiliated service providers.
• You are not aware of any legal restriction in your specific location that would prohibit you from accessing or using online gambling services.

Each individual is permitted to hold one (1) Account on 33vd only. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all associated Accounts being closed and all balances forfeited. 33vd uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate Accounts.

By completing registration, you warrant and represent that all information provided during the registration process is accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information, including a false date of birth, is grounds for immediate Account closure without refund of any balance.

4 Account Management

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs on your Account. You must keep your login credentials — username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes — strictly confidential. You must not share your Account credentials with any other person or allow any other person to access your Account.

33vd strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS, which is available to all Account holders at no charge. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access to your Account. 33vd will never contact you via email, chat, or any other channel to request your password or your 2FA code.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 33vd support immediately via live chat or by contacting us at the email address provided in these Terms. 33vd will investigate all reported cases of suspected unauthorised access and take appropriate action, which may include temporary suspension of the Account while the investigation is ongoing.

33vd reserves the right to close or suspend an Account at its sole discretion if it determines that the Account is being used in breach of these Terms, is associated with fraudulent activity, is the subject of a regulatory inquiry, or if the Account has remained inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

33vd supports the following payment methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions on the Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). 33vd does not charge any platform-side fees on deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees independently.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your Account instantly or within a few minutes of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits may take up to 2 business hours to reflect depending on the originating bank.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals are subject to KYC verification. Players who have not completed KYC must do so before their first withdrawal can be processed. Verified withdrawals to bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are typically processed within 30 minutes. Bank transfers may take up to 24 hours. 33vd reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal at its discretion, which may temporarily extend processing times.

You may only withdraw funds to a payment method registered in your own name. 33vd does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. Any withdrawal request that cannot be matched to a payment method linked to the verified Account holder will be declined and the funds returned to the Account balance.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

33vd offers a range of promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses, including the Welcome Bonus of up to ৳20,000, are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion description as well as the general bonus rules contained in this section.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply to all 33vd promotional offers:

• Bonuses are available to eligible, fully registered, and verified Account holders only.
• Each eligible promotion may be claimed once per player, per household, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified in the promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings not released within the time limit will be forfeited.
• 33vd reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Games excluded from bonus wagering are clearly indicated in the promotion terms.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to structured low-risk betting to clear wagering requirements, arbitrage betting, or coordinated multi-account bonus claiming — will result in all associated bonuses being voided and the Account being suspended.
• 33vd reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring commitments already made to players who have actively commenced wagering on an active bonus.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

All sports bets placed on 33vd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, competition, and market. In the event of any ambiguity, 33vd's ruling on the outcome of any bet is final. Cricket betting markets follow internationally recognised cricket betting rules applicable to BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI, and Test match formats.

All casino games on the 33vd platform — including slots, live baccarat, roulette, blackjack, and game shows — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, are broadcast from professionally operated studios. The Return to Player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game information panel. 33vd does not alter game outcomes, odds, or payouts from those certified by the game provider.

Technical malfunctions during a game session — including disconnections, server interruptions, or display errors — are handled in accordance with the relevant game provider's official malfunction policy. In the event that a game result cannot be reliably determined due to a technical fault, the stake will be returned to the Player's Balance as a void bet or void round. 33vd's decision regarding game malfunctions is final and binding.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 33vd platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and may result in legal action:

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform, whether using your own details or those of another person.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, access games, or interact with the Platform in place of a human player.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, especially in live poker or live dealer environments.
• Using information obtained through unlawful means, insider knowledge, or data feeds not publicly available at the time of bet placement.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent payment activity, including using stolen or unauthorised payment credentials, initiating false chargebacks, or making deposits with funds obtained through unlawful means.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or undocumented features to gain an unfair advantage or obtain credits to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or interfere with any part of the Platform's technology, systems, or security measures.
• Sharing, publishing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or intellectual property obtained from the Platform without express written consent from 33vd.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33vd platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, marketing materials, and data compilations — is the intellectual property of 33vd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not extend to downloading, copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content. Any use of 33vd's intellectual property beyond the scope of this personal use licence requires prior written authorisation from 33vd.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

33vd collects and processes personal data as described in detail in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

33vd implements industry-standard security measures to protect player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit, secure hashed password storage, and strict access controls on systems that hold personal information. Player data is never sold to third parties. It is shared only with service providers directly involved in delivering the Platform's services (such as payment processors and KYC verification providers) and only to the extent necessary to deliver those services.

11 Responsible Gaming

33vd is committed to promoting responsible gambling among its player base. We recognise that for a small number of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take our responsibility to support those players seriously.

Every 33vd Account holder has access to the following responsible gaming tools directly from their account settings panel, without needing to contact customer support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your Account. Limits take effect immediately when set and can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you when you have been logged in and actively playing for a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your Account for a period of your choosing (from 24 hours up to 6 months). During a cooling-off period, your Account cannot be used to place bets or access games.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently exclude your Account from all gambling activity on 33vd. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately and are irreversible. Players who have self-excluded may not re-register on the Platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 33vd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses arising from game malfunctions, technical interruptions, payment processing delays, or decisions made by the Platform in the enforcement of these Terms.

33vd's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

33vd does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party service disruptions may temporarily affect Platform availability. 33vd will use reasonable efforts to communicate planned downtime in advance where possible.

13 Amendments & Termination

33vd reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, 33vd will notify registered players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact 33vd support to arrange closure of your Account and withdrawal of any available balance. Refusal to accept updated Terms does not entitle a Player to retain bonus funds that have not yet met their applicable wagering requirements.

33vd may terminate or suspend your Account at any time, with or without notice, if it reasonably believes that you have breached these Terms, engaged in Prohibited Conduct, provided false registration information, or if such action is required by law or by instruction from a relevant authority.

14 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with 33vd's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration. 33vd's decision on all matters relating to the interpretation of game rules, bonus terms, account management, and Platform policies is final and binding on all parties.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by 33vd to enforce any provision of these Terms at any given time shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of 33vd's right to enforce it in the future.
